I was somewhat apprehensive paying $207 for this particular unit,however, considering that I am addicted to my XM/Sirius radio and wanted to maintain a clean look in my vehicle, I made the purchase. The install itself was relatively simple, after reading several reviews that were adamant about installing this product in the proper order specified by the manufacturer, there was always a small amount of doubt lurking in the back of my head. After the install was complete; this is where my education about XM/Sirius radio began. I installed it on a Friday night and fired it up! Nothing, so I reread the manual (actually two separate manuals), e-mailed the manufacturers technical help out of frustration and contacted XM for additional assistance.

Come to find out two of my other XM radios that are predated are on one account and the new install had to go on a separate Sirius radio account, the two cannot be combined even though XM and Sirius are now one company. Over the weekend...

• Radio must have an "XM" or "SAT" button to be compatible (except Civic, see below)
• 2006+ Honda Civic: Not compatible with DX or LX trim. Civic radio can have an "XM/AUX" button or just an "AUX" button to be compatible
• If there is a factory satellite tuner present it must be disconnected when using the ISHD11
• Vehicles equipped with XM Nav-Traffic are not compatible
• Media Mount Bracket included to help secure additional accessories
