I decided to give these speakers a shot after being disappointed in a pair of Polk Audio's. I have Polk's in one vehicle and have used them before. They have been great. So recommended them for son-in-law/daughter's CR-V. They had no bass and they were clearly inefficient as compared to what I was used to. Volume had to be cranked to get decent sound out of them.
Having done some research after being let down by the Polks it is the case they are not as efficient as they used to be.
Thought couldn't lose and was impressed at least by the power ratings AND the 92db efficiency rating.

Very tight bass. Clean balanced FULL sound not like the Polks. The Polks were missing something.... If that makes any sense.
The 92db rating means amp not working as hard so cleaner sound.
