These tweeters combined with the Seas Performance Mids run active of a Eclipse CD8053 were one of the best set ups I have ever had, or heard. These tweets blended very well, the detail and separation of sound was insane. They never got fatiguing like big box speakers always do. They are Silk tweeters and they are as smooth as silk as well. People were always telling me they hear parts of the song they never did before, I respond that is CDT. I have listened to a $1000 Focal setup and an $800 JL setup and I liked mine better because of the smoothness, clarity and feel; just as a reference point.
One of the only regrets of my life were to not pull these out of my car when I traded it.
I was glad to have found these on here, but decided to go the route of their 2 inch tweeter out of curiosity. I'll review those when I get them. These I know are awesome

This, along with the unique elliptic 24dB. high-definition passive crossovers and the extended midrange response of the midrange drivers, provides a tweeter that is sweet sounding, yet powerful in a small, unobtrusive package. Including flat and angled surface and flush mounts. Also often used as mid tweet in CenterStage systems such as model CS-25.
