These speakers sound great! Easy to install. The problem is that they are 3 Ohm speakers. Considering most USA appications only allow for 4 to 8 Ohms, beware of the problems this might cause. I was looking for replacement speakers for my truck. My sony Xplod radio has the 4 to 8 ohm requirement as well. It could draw more power than the radio is good for and damage the amplifier circuit if the volume is cranked. I've not tried to do that, but I also don't need the volume all the way up in a regular cab truck. Halfway is more than plenty. If you are looking for a great sounding speaker, and don't need full volume, this speaker will work for you. However, do your homework and find out what your radio's acceptable range of speaker ohms before buying.
