Basics:
Unit is a wide screen flip down monitor. Actually received a slightly different unit than the BOSS BV9.2 FIR ordered - appears to be BV9.2 FB. Not a problem, the FIR has a DIN input and includes extension RCA-DIN cable, FB only has three RCA jacks (you go to Radio Shack and buy your own AV cable.) Screen flips down and rotates 360 degrees (which is cool for front-seat passenger.) FB has AV/2 jacks on the back of unit to plug in a video game right in to the monitor. Has dome lights that can be turned on as reading lights - these are LED if you like a cool blue/white light. Has infrared output for headphones - so you can put on a movie in the back and crank up the radio for the driver. For lights, can take either positive or negative dome light trigger.
Pros:
Fits perfect - was looking at perhaps a 17" but 9.2 is plenty big
Wide screen (careful - found out the hard way other BOSS products with exact same resolution are 4:3...
